Mr. Modh Razif Bin Ali
IT Programme Leader
Mr. Razif, armed with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computing (System Development) and boasting an impressive tenure of over 29 years in IT training, began his journey in courseware development while serving as Principal of a Computer Training Centre, where he not only facilitated IT Lecturers’ training on diverse software packages but also honed his expertise in crafting comprehensive course materials. Since his induction into TMC in 1991, he has held pivotal roles such as Assistant Course Director – IT and Senior Manager – Corporate ICT, before assuming his current position as Principal Lecturer at the School of Engineering, Computing, and Media. Here, Mr. Razif imparts his extensive knowledge across various IT and Mass Communication modules, spanning from Diploma to Undergraduate levels, while remaining at the forefront of courseware development, pioneering the creation of materials tailored to novel software packages in the market and spearheading cross-training initiatives to equip staff with requisite skills for these emerging technologies.

Mr. Jeffrey Lim, the UOS Program Leader at British University College, brings over 30 years of professional experience, with the last 12 years focused on UK higher education. He specializes in coordinating and managing top-up programs with university partners such as the University of Sunderland. Mr. Lim holds postgraduate degrees in Marketing from the University of Lille 2, France, and the University of Malaya, Malaysia, along with a Bachelor of Arts from the Academy of Art University, San Francisco, California.

Daw Khin Zar Zar Hlaing holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Computer Studies, Yangon, Myanmar, and a Certificate of Competency in Programming and .NET Development from the Institute of System Science NUS, Singapore. Additionally, she earned a Master of Business Administration from Victoria University, Switzerland, and a Master of International Management from the University of Information Technology and Management, Poland, through a dual master’s program. In her role, she supports students under her supervision by overseeing their progress, evaluating their performance, and ensuring adherence to syllabus guidelines.

Mr. John Lee assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer in 2017, leveraging his leadership skills not only at the company but also as the CEO of TMC Academy in Singapore. His journey in education began in 1978, and his visionary approach led him to establish TEG International College in 1991, transforming it from a modest Language School into a prominent regional education organization. With a focus on transnational education, Mr. Lee has cultivated extensive networks, facilitating collaborations with esteemed institutions across Singapore, Vietnam, China, and Myanmar. Prior to his current roles, he founded and served as CEO of another educational establishment, amassing over four decades of invaluable experience in the education sector.

Mr. Myo embarked on his professional journey at the Institute of Microelectronics, A*STAR, Singapore, following his graduation with first-class honors in Electronic Engineering from Singapore University of Social Sciences. During his tenure, he provided mentorship to undergraduate and Singapore polytechnic students participating in industrial attachment programs. Subsequently, he contributed his expertise to organizations such as Heptagon Advanced Micro Optics and AMS AG, focusing on the development of advanced optical sensor solutions. Mr. Myo’s contributions extend beyond his professional roles, as evidenced by his research publications and involvement in co-inventing several patents in the domains of advanced microelectronics, optical sensors, and precision engineering. Additionally, he furthered his academic pursuits by obtaining a Master’s in Applied Finance from the University of Adelaide, Australia.
