Professor Tim Boatswain has a great passion for education and rich experience in higher education in the UK for more than 40 years. He has degrees from University of Birminghamand and Professorship from London School of Economics. He published a range of subjects and lectured at various UK Universities.

Mr John Lee has joined the company as Chief Executive Officer on March 2017. He is also Chief Executive Officer at TMC Academy (Singapore). Prior to TMC Academy, he founded TEG International College in 1991 and transformed it from a simple Language School into a regional education organisation. Mr John Lee has vast experience in the education industry since 1978, especially in the area of transnational education. Through his extensive networks, he has set up collaborations with several established institutions in Singapore, Vietnam, China and including Myanmar.
Miss Esther Lee is the Head of the Hawthorn Language School. Prior to British University College, she was the co-founder and Academic Director of TMC Academy and TEG International College. She is also the Academic Director overseeing the Overseas Collaboration Academic Courses in China, Vietnam and Myanmar. She holds a Master of Arts in Education from Columbia International University, USA and a post graduate certificate in TEFL, Teaching English as a Foreign Language. Miss Esther Lee has been in the training field since 1973 and also holds an ACTA certificate (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) by WSQ.
Mr Myo worked at the Institute of Microelectronics, A*STAR, Singapore after graduating with 1st class honor in Electronic Engineering from Singapore University of Social Sciences. He mentored undergraduate and Singapore polytechnic students for industrial attachment programme. He also worked at Heptagon Advanced Micro Optics and AMS AG for advanced optical sensor development solutions. He published research papers and co-invented on few patents in the area of advanced microelectronics, optical sensor and precision engineering. He holds a Master in Applied Finance from University of Adelaide, Australia.
Ms.Pwint holds a degree from Coventry University, UK and has many experiences in higher education in higher education in UK and Singapore for more than 10 years. She has joined the company as Chief Operation Officier and she is also the Country Operation Director (Myanmar) at TMC Academy, Singapore.
